In addition to identifying your target audience, you should complete a competitive analysis as part of your marketing plan. This should include both:

Direct competition — Direct competitors are other naturopathic doctors in the area, especially those who practice the same techniques as you.
Indirect competition — Indirect competitors are doctors in other specialties, and other healthcare practitioners.
